You may be surprised to learn that what you and your family choose to eat
is one way to make a significant contribution to the environment since the
meat, egg and dairy industries use large amounts of energy, water and
pesticides. Eating a meatless meal on occasion will help the environment
as well as giving you new taste sensations.
